Why I love Chloe? I love Chloe because she suffers with me. All of her videos show her doing the entire workout, the workout portion is unedited and you can actually see her taking deep breaths and struggling through it as I usually am. It makes me feel like we’re in it together and I couldn’t appreciate her more.
She also has workout programs targeting various areas: abs, booty etc. that are easy to access, well organized and completely free via her website and IG.

Why I love Senada? Senada is a fitness trainer to the stars and it’s no wonder why. She is a student of fitness and nutrition, she takes a scientific approach to fitness in what she calls the Mind-Muscle Connection and is dedicated to long-term, body transformation goals over short-term fitness gains.
Senada has a variety of 12 week workout programs which difficulty levels ranging from beginner, to intermediate to advanced, along with diet and nutrition plans that can be accessed with a fee. If you’re looking for a longer term commitment, Senada is your girl.

Why I love Lyza? I personally went to Lyza’s flagship Hourglass Workout location in Toronto, religiously for a year and wow did I build me a booty! If you’re looking to better fill out your jeans and build a JLO-esque backside, Lyzabeth Lopez is for you. Not only will it be the hardest, most intense booty workout you’ve ever had, you’ll also get generally stronger throughout your entire body.
Lyza’s programs are meant to push you to lift heavier and train harder. And while it may suck while you’re doing it, keep it up and you will see the results.

Why I love Pamela? I personally haven’t done any of Pamela’s workouts (because I’m commited to my girl Chloe Ting) but I have friends that do and do they ever sing her praises/curse her name. Pamela is know for SUPER HIT workouts that blast your booty, core and entire body anywhere from 6mins – 45 minutes. She’s trained celebrities, outlasted even the strongest fitness aficionados and looks amazing while doing it.
The nice thing about Pamela’s workouts is like Chloe (who I choose to kill myself with) her workouts are entirely free and posted on her Youtube channel.
